BraziBites – Gluten Free Bites of Cheese Bread Heaven…

This week I had the opportunity to try BraziBites for the first time in order to share my thoughts with all of my awesome MoscatoMom readers.  BraziBites are little Brazilian Cheese Bread snacks that are naturally gluten-free and made with 100% natural ingredients. Now, we are not a gluten free household – to be honest I am still not 100% sure what gluten even IS… however if everything gluten free tastes as amazing as these little morsels, we will soon be making the switch.

We received the original and fire roasted jalapeno BraziBites to try.  I literally had to stop myself from eating every single one of them in order to take these pictures. Each bag has about 20 little rolls that you literally take from the freezer directly to the oven, and 20 minutes later you have little bites of perfection. The outside gets nice and crispy while the inside stays soft and delicious.

The original were my favorite, but the fire roasted jalapeno were delicious as well – they were just a bit too spicy for me.  Mike and the girls loved them – further proving that I am a total weenie when it comes to spicy food.  We enjoyed these alongside my infamous fettuccine alfredo, and then polished off the rest of the lot after I shot the photos all by themselves.  Yes they are that good.

You can check out the BraziBites website to learn more about these delicious little snacks, as well as where you can get some for yourself. My advice though – get a couple bags.  You will easily polish off one bag completely on your own.  😉

They certainly do look good. I can not wait to try them for myself. I have been eating gluten free since 2007, and am always willing to try new things.
