When Trisha and I took on three infant kittens whose eyes were barely open, our first obstacle was how to feed them. They were of course used to their nice soft Mama with perfectly sized nipples for their tiny little mouths. Thankfully we had received some Apex Pediatric Kits as swag for our upcoming Brandcation event.
A medicine chest must have for anyone with young children (OR KITTEHS!). This health kit includes: Nasal aspirator, Medicine nurser, Digital beeper thermometer with probe covers.
The Oral Syringe was the perfect size for their tiny little mouths, and they were all able to latch on and suckle the kitten milk we had prepared. I could gently squeeze the plunger with my thumb to keep the flow of milk going, though Athena had no problem sucking it right down on her own.
