Take Care Of Yourself Inside & Out with Trop50 + Spa Giveaway!

One of my New Years Resolutions this year is Eating Clean and not filling my body with a bunch of processed junk.  One of the ways we are doing that is to replace sodas and sport drinks with real fruit juices – like the Tropicana Trop50!   Tropicana Trop50 is a breakthrough innovation from Tropicana that offers 50 percent less sugar and calories, and no artificial sweeteners. Trop50 is the first juice beverage to be naturally sweetened with an all-natural stevia-based sweetener, and is designed to help manage weight goals by offering reduced sugar and calories, without sacrificing great taste.  Each 8 ounce glass also squeezes in an entire days serving of Vitamin C – so it not only tastes great, but helps you feel great too.

Mike likes the Trop50 with “some pulp”, but I prefer the no pulp plus calcium.    I also love the Pineapple Mango and Farm Apple.  (I can just about drink the entire bottle of Apple in one sitting… than goodness it is low calorie)  Trop50 also comes in Lemonade, Raspberry Lemonade, and Pomegranate Blueberry.

This year Tropicana’s Trop50 is launching their “True Resolutions” campaign where you can enter to win a $1,000 gift card simply by sharing the “truth” behind your New Years Resolutions!   Do you really want to lose weight to feel healthier or is it really to fit into that a-MAY-zing dress that’ll make your ex do a double take?   We all have “secret” motivation behind our Resolutions, and now you can win by sharing them – even incognito with a killer disguise – and automatically receive a $1 coupon for yourself and  $.50 coupons for up to 50 of your friends!

To help you take care of your “outsides” while Trop50 juice helps you with your “insides”  the awesome people at Trop50 are offering a $50 Spa & Wellness Gift Cards by Spa Week® to one lucky reader of MoscatoMom!

The most important thing (I think) is that I bought (and USE) a water filtration pitcher from Tupperware. I make myself drink a glass of water every time I stop in the kitchen to get something to eat or drink–before coffee, with dinner, before dessert. I’m hoping this helps fill me up on top of the extra hydration for my body!

Left you another comment about those cinnamon streusel cake pops; those would be horrible for my resolution to lose weight! But they sure looked good!

I’ve recently changed what I drink each day. I allow myself to drink sweet tea (yes, I live in GA) only during my lunchtime meal. Breakfast, dinner and the rest of the day I drink water or tea I make myself (I steep loose leaf tea with a LITTLE bit of honey). So far, I have been able to maintain this day in and day out.

I went from drinking 32oz of water to a gallon a day. From Jan 1 to present I drink 1 gallon a day and I am loving it. It is a challenge I have given my self and I am winning. I can already see the effects more energy to work out and clearer skin.

I am exercising in the morning – to start my day off right, rather than making excuses in the evening

I have started drinking less soda pop and drank more water. Now I need to start cooking at least 5 days a week.

  8. Aubrey says

I exercise each day in the morning, since I am always too tired after work!
