A few months ago I began drinking Tropicana Trop50 as part of my regimen for eating – and drinking – healthier. Tropicana Trop50 delivers the goodness of orange juice – but with 50% less calories, and no artificial sweeteners.
The newest flavor of Tropicana Trop50 – Red Orange – blends traditional oranges with Italian red oranges for an exotic smooth flavor. Like the other Trop50 flavors, each 8oz glass of Trop50 Red Orange contains 100% of your day’s Vitamin C, and is also a good source of potassium – which is great for your heart, kidneys, muscles, nerves, and digestive system.
I tested this juice drink out on Mike because well… I make him taste everything before I do. After my near fiasco with Coleman’s Mustard, I have found it easier to just let him try everything first. He really liked it.
Like… I never got a chance to taste it.
The Trop50 Red Orange is pulp-free, which Mike normally doesn’t like, but he said that he liked that it was “different.” He drinks orange juice literally every day, so he really liked having this to break up the monotony and give some variety to his morning.
I grew up a Sunny Delight drinker – and Mike tells me constantly that SunnyD “isn’t real juice” – but I liked the consistency of SunnyD more than anything. Mike compared the consistency and smoothness of Trop50 Red Orange to SunnyD, but said the the Red Orange tasted more “real” and not as sugary or “Kool-Aid-y.” (his word)
You can find the new Tropicana Trop50 Red Orange at select retailers in the chilled aisle.
