Florida is the home to many inviting beaches, and while the ones we’ve listed down below may not have all won the national recognition for being the best ones, but each one brings its own unique charm and beauty.

Long Key State Park

The Long Key State Park boasts of having shallow waters that lap right outside of the camping area, and it is the perfect place to be if you love solitude.

You can enjoy the chirping of the birds while napping in the hammock and truly being in touch with nature when you’re here.

Key Largo

Key Largo is a great pick if you’ve got an undying love for breathtaking views - especially sunsets.

Not only is the view here just splendid, you’ll also get the chance to grab some local stuff from craft vendors displaying their creations.

The atmosphere here is festive- when you’re here you’ll feel more upbeat and in joy than you probably would at any other beach.

Daytona Beach

This one’s probably the most family-friendly beach there is with sparkling blue waters and white sands.

Apart from the beach itself, there’s a water park, a family-friendly amusement park and many other recreational activities for kids, with modestly priced hotels and motels for parents and kids.

Miami’s South Beach

If it’s the glamor and nightlife you’re in Florida for, Miami’s South Beach has it all.

The number of visitors here just keeps growing each year, and you’ll find everyone from tourists and backpackers to muscular men and celebs.

Pensacola Beach

When you want laid-back atmosphere without a lot of people, Pensacola Beach is one of Florida's best-kept secrets.

Tucked away about an hour west of Destin, Pensacola Beach is home to dozens of mom and pop owned restaurants, shops, and attractions.

Sanibel Island

If you’ve got a love for collecting shells, this island would be the perfect place for you to explore- spend the day collecting the sea’s precious treasures and unwind.

With beautiful beaches and reasonably priced hotels to live and eat at, this one’s another must visit when you’re in Florida.

Cocoa Beach

Located at just an hour’s drive from Orlando, this beach is a great place for surfers (with access to the best surf shop the Ron Jon Surf Shop)- in fact, it has also been named the surfing capital of the world.

And even if you’re not a surfer at heart, you can still enjoy some activities when you’re here with a Space Center and the Port Canaveral nearby.

Caladesi Beaches

These beaches are ranked the best in America, and why not? With the superb views and tons of recreational activities to keep yourself busy (think shelling, swimming, kayaking, hiking and more), it is one of the best beaches to go to if you’re planning to vacation in Florida.

If you’re outdoorsy and love being in the sun and sand, you’ll love everything about this place.

No matter where you choose for your Florida Vacation destination you are sure to get the rest and relaxation that makes every vacation the best one ever.
