Last year I made some of the most amazing Chewy M&M Cookies ever. They were such a hit that Mike and the girls asked me to make them again for Valentine's Day. I wanted to surprise them with something different so I made these Chewy Strawberry M&M Valentine's Cake Cookies… now it is a toss up to decide which one we like best.

Chewy Strawberry M&M Valentine's Cake Cookies
- 1 stick of melted butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 c M&Ms
- 1 c white chocolate chips
- 1 box strawberry cake mix
In a mixer, combine butter, egg, vanilla and cream cheese and mix on low until mixed thoroughly. Slowly add in dry cake mix until well combined. Remove from mixer and gently stir in M&Ms and white chocolate ships by hand. Cover and refrigerate dough until firm, at least one hour. Roll dough into one inch balls and place on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350* for 10-12 minutes – you do not want the cookies to brown. Cookies will still be soft to the touch. Let cookies cool on cookie sheet for a few minutes, then remove to a wire rack to finish cooling.
