It is fair to say I have a mild obsession with coffee. Since Mike purchased our little coffee stand and I discovered how to make bulletproof coffee, I finally understand all of those Facebook memes about coffee being right up there with oxygen. Now my days begin with a nice big, frothy cup… and often my afternoons begin with one too.
Coffee isn’t just good for your morning pick-me-up, though. Coffee grounds are terrific exfoliators, plus the caffeine is great for tightening and toning your skin! It has even been said that caffeine can help to lessen the appearance of cellulite… I mean really. As if we needed another reason to love it, right? So why stick to only drinking your java when you can do so much more – like making this delicious smelling Latte Sugar Scrub.
