If there is one thing I have learned in the last three years since deciding to completely overhaul my life to be the healthiest version of myself possible, it is that you have to treat working out as if it was an appointment with your best friend. It is so easy to put off working out or put other things higher on the priority list so that you “run out of time” to workout.
