Cheese Chips - or Cheese Crisps as some like to call them - are so easy to make and are the perfect easy keto snacks you want to keep on hand. Just a few basic ingredients and an oven and voila - tasty cheesy, crunchy snack.
My family LOVED these Keto Jalapeño Spicy Cheese Chips because they have just the right amount of kick to them, but with that delicious Jalapeño flavor throughout. Plus look how pretty they are! It's a perfect Keto Party Food!

Keto Spicy Jalapeño Cheese Chips
The perfect Keto Snack with just the right amount of kick! Perfect Keto Party Food!
Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded pepperjack cheese
- 2 egg whites only
- 1 fresh Jalapeño, sliced and seeded
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400*.
- Mix together egg whites and cheese - you want the egg whites to really just dampen the cheese to make it stick together.
- Spoon into silicone muffin tray getting it as thin as you can for optimum crispiness.
- Top with one slice of Jalapeño.
- Bake 10-12 minutes or until browned to your liking.
- Let cool before removing.
- Dip in your favorite low carb sauce!
