Cheese Chips - or Cheese Crisps as some like to call them - are so easy to make and are the perfect easy keto snacks you want to keep on hand. Just a few basic ingredients and an oven and voila - tasty cheesy, crunchy snack.

Cheese Chips are the perfect snack to keep on hand to help keep you on track with your keto lifestyle. They can be made in batches and kept in the fridge for a quick grab-and-go snack and pair well with your favorite low carb pizza sauce, ranch dressing, and guacamole.
Even better - they are virtually a carb free food. This recipe will make 12 individual Spicy Cheese Chips and it takes three of them to make one carb! Those same three will give you 8 grams of protein and 9 grams of fat! I love those macros!

- 1 cup shredded pepperjack cheese
- 2 egg whites only
- 1 fresh Jalapeño, sliced and seeded
- Preheat oven to 400*.
- Mix together egg whites and cheese - you want the egg whites to really just dampen the cheese to make it stick together.
- Spoon into silicone muffin tray getting it as thin as you can for optimum crispiness.
- Top with one slice of Jalapeño.
- Bake 10-12 minutes or until browned to your liking.
- Let cool before removing.
- Dip in your favorite low carb sauce!
