Last week Ruby Tuesday rolled out its biggest launch to date at restaurants across the country – an all-new, significantly upgraded and deliciously expanded Endless Garden Bar! Now, if you have ever been in a Ruby Tuesday, you know that the big, beautiful Garden Bar has long been setting RT apart from other restaurants – so when I heard that it was getting even better, I was stoked. Ruby Tuesday has been one of my favorite restaurants since I was a little girl, and while I have moved on from eating their mozzarella cheese sticks and fries to a much healthier alternative (hello New Orleans Seafood) the one thing that has always been a constant is my trip to the Garden Bar.
With more than 55 upgraded and expanded offerings (double the previous amount), including new fruits and vegetables, premium cheeses, a variety of crunchy toppings and eight dressing that are now all made in-house, you will be able to create as many combinations you can imagine, as many times as you want. I mean… does it get any better? Additions such as shredded kale, chopped romaine, artichoke hearts, roasted corn, and edamame are just a few of the new items alongside such lasting favorites as diced cucumbers and onions, sliced baby ‘bella mushrooms, diced eggs, crumbled feta and chopped bacon.
In addition to all of the new salad options, Ruby Tuesday has added eight new dressings that are all mmade in-house and are crafted to make any Garden Bar creation better than it’s ever been. New Garden Herb Ranch improves on a classic guest favorite, while other distinctive choices such as Cilantro Lime Vinaigrette and Raspberry Poppyseed Vinaigrette are unique, delicious and exclusive to Ruby Tuesday. Mike and I headed off to Ruby Tuesday for our date night last night to check out the new Garden Bar. The place was PACKED! Apparently news is getting around Pensacola just how awesome this new Garden Bar really is.
Mike and I both piled our Garden Bar plates high and loved every bite. He even went back for more. I loved that there were even keto friendly options – like smoked ham and crispy parmesan crisps instead of croutons! While we were there we learned that Ruby Tuesday offers a Kids Eat Free program every Tuesday night from 5 p.m. to close where you can receive one free kid’s meal with the purchase of one adult entrée. You can also sign up for the company’s So Connected email club to receive a free appetizer, exclusive news, offers and a free burger on your birthday. You can bet we will be doing that!
