tuna wraps

Since beginning with Fred Malpica for my "Season of Change" my thoughts have been consumed with health - from the food that I eat to the water that I drink to the workouts that I do - and I have realized what I was doing wrong, and how I can now not only can I take better care of myself, but of my family as well.  One of the mistakes that I have made is going out to eat - often - and waiting until I am on the verge of chewing the furniture (aka HANGRY) before stopping work to fuel my body.  When I grocery shop I do it in "meals" and when I have a jam packed day, it is easier to "run out and grab something" than it is to cook something.  Having a meal that can be ready in 10 minutes that requires little to no cooking is like a dream come true.  And since discovering FlatOut Breads... it has.

FlatOut Breads and Starkist Tuna have teamed up with the help of Super Target to make meal time quick, easy, and healthy.  Voted as "America's Healthiest Food" by Health Magazine in 2009, FlatOut breads taste amazing and can be used in a wide variety of meals. For me - Tasty Tuna Wraps.  For Mike - an easy and quick roll up pizza. And my girls LOVE the FlatOut FOLDit for cheese quesadillas.   StarKist Tuna won the Best Snack Award from Shape Magazine in 2010 and is the only canned tuna to ever make its way in to my household.  The flavor and freshness is unmatched.  So it is only fitting that these two amazing products would come together in perfect harmony... and a killer savings for you!

Now through October 14th when you purchase FlatOut Bread, you get a FREE pouch of StarKist Tuna!  The possibilities are endless with what you can make!  Tuna Melt?  Tuna Pizza Flatbread? or my Tasty Tuna Wraps?

  • StarKist Tuna Pouch - any flavor
  • FlatOut Flatbread
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 4 Kosher Snack'mms pickles
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Mayo

In just a few minutes I have a perfectly balanced meal that the whole family will love!

Our go-to meals are either breakfast for dinner, waffles or french toast for example or taco salad/tacos.

Pasta. I just boil a pot, toss some garlic oil, tomatoes, cheese, and black olives on top and voila. Quick, delicious dinner!
