One of the best things you can do for your body every morning is to start your day with an Apple Cider Vinegar Detox Drink. This Keto Apple Cider Vinegar Drink Recipe tastes great and is loaded with health benefits. Most people understand that it apple cider vinegar doesn't taste so great but there are two solutions to this.
The first solution is my go-to: Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar
The second solution is Simpli ACV+ Gummies
I do not want to jinx it, but I feel like things are finally getting back to some sense of normalcy around here. Life has been a bit of a whirlwind lately with the wedding, the holidays, and then, of course, my round with basal cell carcinoma.
Today my first day off of antibiotics since the surgery and I am looking forward to getting back to my keto lifestyle and routine. One of my ways I kinda hit the reset button is with an Apple Cider Vinegar Detox Drink.
There are tons of benefits to drinking Apple Cider Vinegar - everything from weight loss to lowering cholesterol. Since drinking apple cider vinegar also helps lower and regulate blood sugar, it is also a great choice for when you are on the ketogenic diet. Some people aren't sure if it actually fits this diet. So, is vinegar actually keto? Yes!
Drinking apple cider vinegar on keto can help you reach your goals more quickly.
The problem with most homemade detox drinks with apple cider vinegar is... well, the taste leaves a bit to be desired.
I have the perfect apple cider vinegar drink recipe that I drink morning and night to help curb my appetite and boost my metabolism - plus it tastes great in comparison to making it yourself! I use Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar for mine because of the additional benefits of "The Mother."
The “mother” is
One thing that I do recommend about this Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar Drink is that you drink it through a straw.
The acidity of the vinegar and the fresh lemon juice can be damaging to tooth enamel over time.
If you absolutely can not get past the taste of apple cider vinegar or you are worried about the damage to your teeth, there are apple cider vinegar pills that may be a good option. You can find them on Amazon.
I drink my ACV Detox Drink every day and have had great results in how I look and feel. So, this is my ACV+ Keto review.

ACV+ Keto Review
If you're not a fan of drinking apple cider vinegar then you can go with ACV+ Gummies. These contain all of the same great benefits as the drink but without having to drink it. I actually prefer to drink the Bragg's, but if you don't like the taste, then the gummies are a great option.
These gummies taste great despite a couple of reviews I've seen that say you can still taste the vinegar.
The bottom line about the Keto Simpli ACV+ Gummies is that they contain all of the great benefits of apple cider vinegar without having to drink it. If you're unsure of the taste just go for these instead!

I've been on Keto diet for two weeks and have lost 6.6 pounds as of today. I have been feeling quivery. I think my quivery feeling is due to sugar cravings due to such low carbs. I just drank the detox drink recipe you have on your site. It's very good. Thank you.
Moscato Mom says
Yay! Yes I call it feeling "fuzzy" - and generally if I up my protein a little bit it subsides. Congrats on the weightloss! That is fantastic!!
DeeDe says
You've got Keto flu. You'll start to feel better soon. Like MoscatoMom says, up your protein and stick to Keto rules; do your research and stay the course.

Can you mix this drink in a pitcher in a larger batch and heat a cup as you need it? Will that change the effects of what it will do?
Moscato Mom says
Hi! I am not sure how the lemon juice would do "reheated" - but I have made some in a batch and sipped on it throughout the day even cooled. You DO have to keep stirring before each sip - the "mother" from the apple cider vinegar will settle to the bottom. Trust me when I say you do not want as mouth full of JUST that LOL 🙂

This was delicious thank you for sharing. I’m currently suffering from the keto flu and some digestive issues. This seems to help!
Zahrah says
Oh my god, this is delicious! It tastes like a lovely apple cider; the acidity of the ACV is subdued by the cinnamon and sweetener. For some reason I thought this would taste like a regular, intense detox drink that you have to gulp down in one shot to make it bearable. But I was pleasantly surprised! This is definitely going to be my go-to.
John Albright says
I make 8 cup pitchers of this soaking 4 cinnamon sticks in hot water before following the recipe. Come out with fantastic flavor without the grittiness when using the ground cinnamon. ( 4 sticks to 4 cups of hot water.)

Hello. I have been fallowing Atkins since March. I have lost 22 lbs seems so slow. June only lost 2 lbs. I tried talking ACV with mother it seemed to stop my ketosis. Do you check for ketosis? If I eat 10 grams of carbs or more I also loose ketosis. Do you have any recommendations?
Beth
Moscato Mom says
Hi Beth! How are you testing? I know the urine strips are not always accurate - especially once we have been low carb for a while. I have a Keto Mojo that I test my blood with (https://moscatomom.com/ketomojo) and I have not seen a change when I drink ACV. I know some people are more carb sensitive than others. Also, remember that weight loss is only one factor for success. Are you sleeping better? Skin clearer? Mind clearer? Nurse Cindy has a great video on how weight loss works on the cellular level. I have to remind myself of this often when I stall 🙂 https://youtu.be/xF3rmi4DJAw

I have a keto-mojo monitor, too, and I love it! I highly recommend it to all!
Judith Richardson says
I am about to start with the Keto/ACV. what kind of sweetner, besides sugar, do you recommend?
Moscato Mom says
I personally like Stevia and it is said to have less of an insulin response than the others - however, I would suggest tasting the different options to see which one you like best. Stevia, Swerve, and monk fruit are some common favorites 🙂
Angela says
Erythritol is said to not have any effect on anything. I have found it to be so with me.
Shelly Campbell says
Can u use lemon juice instead of fresh lemons
Moscato Mom says
Sure can! I often do 🙂
Emma Brown says
I tried a similar recipe this morning for the first time, but it had honey in. I've now checked and realised how awful honey is on keto! But after drinking this one, I feel like with your recipe it may be really bitter? Or does the cinnamon help to soften that? Thank you! x
Redhead says
I used lime juice .(I mistook it for a lemon as it was not a green color ) I added MCT caprylic oil and Ceylon Cinnamon w/ a bit of Keto friendly sweetener (1 tsp.) I’m sipping on it to help w/keto flu right now.. 🙂
Brianna says
Why do you use cinnamon? Does it help the ACV drink work better in your body? I have been doing an ACV with lemon juice and turmeric for like 2 years but don't seem to notice anything different with it, but I keep at it in case it does help. But if the cinnamon is the key induce difference for me then I will start tomorrow morning with it lol. Thank you
Moscato Mom says
Haha I do it because I think it tastes better! I do know cinnamon is supposed to be anti-inflammatory... but I really only use it for flavor 🙂
Sara Zielinski says
This sounds like a great drink.
