Mornings have always been my favorite time of day. Nothing makes me happier than getting up earlier than everyone else to have a few hours of solitude with a cup of my favorite hot beverage, a good healthy breakfast, and a good book.
Recently I have started making this super simple Keto Broccoli Cheese Crustless Quiche at the start of the week and enjoying it all week long paired with my new favorite teas from Bigelow. It is the perfect way to start the day.

Recently Walmart added two new delicious flavors which have helped me stay on track with my health goals this summer. They are Green Tea with Ginger Plus Probiotics and Lavender Chamomile Plus Probiotics.
These two new flavors along with the original Lemon Ginger with Probiotics help support healthy digestion without compromising the delicious flavor Bigelow Tea is known for.
One sip and you can tell the Bigelow family has carefully selected each ingredient and then combined them with Ganeden-BC30, an innovation that helps maintain a healthy balance in your digestive tract.
One of the reasons why I love making quiche is because it is so versatile - you can make it with broccoli and cheese like this recipe, or just swap out the broccoli to make crustless spinach quiche!
You can also use this recipe in a muffin tin to make perfect little crustless quiche muffins! I use my brownie pan for perfect portion quiche! Hot tea and hot quiche = absolute perfection.
Quiche has a great savory flavor that pairs perfectly with all of the new Bigelow Tea flavors. I especially love the Bigelow Green Tea with Ginger plus Probiotics to start my day.
You can get all of the ingredients you need for your Crustless Quiche Recipe from your local Walmart, and be sure to grab a couple boxes of Bigelow Teas to go with it! You can find Bigelow teas on the tea and coffee aisle:

Looks good, but professional cooks prefer spring-form pans for quiche. Unfortunately, that wouldn't work, crustless. TEven with acrust, no matter how careful you are, there's always minimal leakage.
I think I'll use a 9" round silicone cake pan.

Probably so. I am not anything REMOTELY close to a professional cook LOL Just a mama enjoying learning how to cook at nearly 40 years old LOL

Just noticed, you're on the Gulf Coast, too - about 2 hours south of Tampa.
