These Keto Pizza Chips are a delicious go-to keto snack that is super easy to make and will be loved by everyone!

One thing I have noticed since starting the Keto Lifestyle is that my appetite has decreased significantly.
Once I got over the initial hump of my body lying to me and trying to tell me I was starving to death (when really I was just starving it of unnecessary carbs) I very seldom feel hungry the way I used to.

However, sometimes I do find that I want a snack during the day, so I make sure I keep a few ingredients on hand for Keto Snacks should the craving hit. These Keto Pizza Chips have become pretty much a staple.

Delicious low carb snacks can be a little tricky to navigate. While there are tons of great grab and go choices like almonds olives, and pickles to choose from, sometimes you just want something a little more substantial to snack on.

These Pizza Chips deliver some crunch, some salty, and a whole lot of flavor to help your cravings.
They are made from simple ingredients that you probably have in your fridge already and they keep well in the fridge for several days of snacking.
They are also an ideal low carb snack to add to kids lunchboxes or for an afternoon snack that won’t have them crashing and burning by

You can add in your favorite toppings too! I tried these with tiny little bits of green bell pepper and it was just like I was eating real pizza! So delicious! My girls love them with black olives.
I have to admit the hardest part about these is finding a stopping place... I can easily polish them off no matter how many I make.
I dip them in my Whole30 Ranch Dressing which is also super low carb and voila! A perfect satisfying snack in minutes.

For best results, I suggest using a silicone muffin tray for perfectly cooked pizza chips every time.
A silicone tray is much easier to remove the finished chips than a standard muffin tin. These are so easy we make them ALL the time.

MACROS
I plugged this recipe into my favorite Keto Calculator App - Carb Manager - and it came up with the following macros:
Each serving of Keto Pizza Chips has 1 net carb, 1 total carb, 0 fiber, 11 g fat, 9 g protein, and 138 calories.
Nutrition calculations are based on exact ingredients used and may vary between brands. For exact macro measurements, always calculate your own macros using the exact ingredients that you use.

Thanks! Just starting this new lifestyle and find it hard to meet my fats for the day without going over on carbs, even when eating good carbs.
These look yummy.
I enjoy spreading walnuts on parchment paper on a cookie sheet and covering with shredded cheddar cheese and bake till cheese is crispy.

So one thing I learned from the last year - my body did not respond well to trying to hit my fat macro. I know this goes against what a lot of the "keto" teachings are, but I found that if I only ate fats to meet my hunger instead of counting the grams, I did MUCH better. I focus on hitting the protein goal, stay under the carbs, and only use extra fats when I am hungry. Dr Berg has some fantastic videos on how your body will either burn "plate fat" or body fat... and since I want to burn body fat I do not give it as much plate fat. It went against a LOT of what I read, but when I lowered my fat I started really seeing the scale drop and the energy increase 🙂 Not telling you what to do by any means - but I stressed out SO MUCH and actually left the keto lifestyle because I got so burnt out trying to hit my macros every day and seeing the scale go UP when I did. Just listen to your body over everything else - that is my best advice for everyone! 🙂 ALSO... TOTALLY getting walnuts today LOL that sounds delicious!

Dr. Berg, as well as Drs. Ekberg and Nick Sudano (all of whom are chiropractors, which is why they're all so well educated in nutrition), has/have excellent keto information. Dr. Berg is constantly changing and updating his information, then posting new videos as he finds it necessary to keep his followers informed. One thing I really like is that he doesn't make it about HIS way, and as he stated in one of his videos very late last year, if one's body can't tolerate all the vegetables (or any, as he also said), then maybe switching to total carnivore for 30 to 90 days would help. I've had to do that, so all keto is on hold until the end of March, but your "recipe" for keto pizza chips is definitely something I'm going to make then. Not as a snack---I'm OMAD, and I don't like to snack because then I want to EAT. But these sound as if they'd be filling enough to be an occasional meal when I don't really want a whole lot to eat.

You should use more olive oil over your salads, that will help achieve your fat without going over your carbs

Oh my goodness!! These are soooooo easy and fantastic! I was craving pizza but with this recipe, I don’t miss the crust! I put two layers in a muffin tin, (pep, cheese, pep and more cheese) and it was great! I used pepper jack cheese on one of those layers to give it a kick! I made my own keto marinara sauce and it was da bomb! My 17yo ate them up while playing Fortnite! Thanks so much for this recipe!
Lara says
These are soooo good, thanks! I used a regular sized muffin tin because that's what I have. For flavouring I used a bit of dried oregano and a small pinch of cayenne on top of the cheese of each one. They have a bit of a kick and are so darn good! I put the pepperoni on top of the cheese...not sure if that makes any difference. 🙂

I used jalapeño cheddar instead of mozzarella and baked them for 10 min then convection @400 for 5 min till brown....dipped them in pizza sauce. Delish, satisfies the pizza craving

I love these! They are easy and delicious. Btw if you have trouble finding Parmesan cheese(Kinda hard to find in my local store due to low stock) I would recommend provolone in its place. It’s almost arguably better!
